These terms are an agreement between you and Wiltshire Ventures for your use of Substratta. By applying to join or using the community, you agree to them.
Membership and eligibility
Substratta is invite-only. You must be at least 18 years old and a business owner or operator. Membership is granted at our discretion after we review your application, and it can be declined or revoked.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
- Your account is for you alone. Do not share access or let others post as you.
- Sign-in is passwordless. Keep access to your email secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
To keep the community useful and safe, you agree not to:
- Post spam, advertising, or repetitive self-promotion.
- Harass, threaten, or demean other members.
- Post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
- Share another person's private information without consent.
- Scrape, copy, or resell the community's content or member data.
- Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, posts, images, and other content you share. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content within Substratta so the community features work. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it. We may moderate, remove, or archive content that violates these terms.
AI content is not professional advice
Substratta helps members share prompts, tools, and ideas for using AI. Content in the community, including anything produced with AI, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Contributions
Substratta is free to join while in preview. You may choose to make a voluntary contribution to support Wiltshire Ventures. Contributions are optional, are not a purchase of goods or services, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are handled by our payment processor.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your membership if you violate these terms or put the community at risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Some provisions, such as content licenses already granted and limitations of liability, survive termination.
Disclaimers
Substratta is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content shared by members is accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiltshire Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of Substratta.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
